Healing is relational

Rise up, together.

We cannot heal and flourish in isolation. Returning to and resourcing from our community is one of the most essential practices to help us build a sense of connection, belonging, empowerment and resilience. Communal Care spaces draw from a variety of teachings and practices to help us tap into the power of community and trust that we can lean on one another to help hold our experience, emotions, and needs.

Communal Care practices include classes, workshops, circles, and teach-ins and are offered both in-person and online.

Ongoing Offerings

Community Group | Next date - To Be Announced | Zoom

Online community group to help support those of us working toward the healing of our world. We are experiencing a massive paradigm shift, and for those of us oriented toward this transition, it is so easy to feel overwhelmed and isolated. This group serves as a weekly touch-in space to share and receive with likeminded thinkers, feelers, healers, doers, and visionaries. It’s a space where we might hold and empower one another, weave our webs, and gain the inspiration and resilience necessary to play out our purpose for the healing of our world.

Meetings are open-ended and group-focused. Expect lots of time to share, explore, deepen, and create space for wisdom to emerge. Loose format will involve a group check-in, group dialogue around a theme or teaching, practice, and reflections. Participants are free to engage as much or as little as feels comfortable.

**We meet weekly on Monday at 9:30-10:45AM. To join us, please email me your interest, and I will send you the reoccurring zoom meeting link. All sessions are donation-based via venmo @rootedrisings or PayPal @rootedrisings. Donations are helpful, although not required. No one is turned away for lack of funds.

Upcoming Offerings

Restorative Yoga | Sundays 6PM | The Studio, Mill Valley

This restorative yoga class encourages personal care for communal wellbeing. With the support of restorative postures, hands-on adjustments, inner resourcing, and communal care, this class guides us through layers of opening as we journey toward a deeper understanding of our Self and our place within the world.

The structure of this class upholds a deep commitment to holding space, providing love and care to its students, and tending to the heart and soul of every person that walks through its doors. We welcome anyone whose needs might meet this commitment and especially want to honor and welcome activists, healers, care-takers, change makers, community leaders, and anyone else who might feel a deep longing and affinity toward the healing of our world.
